At Golf Shafts America, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom-built shafts or products showing signs of installation and use are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the golf shafts are well-protected to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
